1. Shipping will be delivered in 5-7 working days.
2. Returns can be done in 3-4 working days after receiving the order only in the case of Damaged goods.
3. Customer is requested to record a video throughout the process of opening of parcel for easy claims in case of damage.
4. In case of return the customer has to send back the parcel in original condition to our address mentioned on parcel.
5. Once order is shipped, tracking id is provided to customer on registered phone number via WhatsApp.
6. We are not responsible for delay in shipping due to external factors like Rain etc.
7. Refunded amount will be credited in 3-4 working days in original payment method.
